[Elist] road hazard

A report of a road hazard came in from Phil Perin.
He said that on Westbound route 52,  just east of Convoy St, there is a very deep dip that could be hazardous.     This road was built on a garbage dump, and continues to settle, and must be repaired every couple of years.     I will be conatacting Cal Trans about this tomorrow morning.
