     MEETING NOTICE

Happy Fall . wait, has summer really stopped yet?  We'll have our usual
meeting this Sunday, so please come out and hear the latest about Motorcycle
Rights!  I understand the attendance was really good last month . thank you
all!

 

For the meeting, here's our standard subjects that will be covered this

I have a box of the ABATE newsletter (the Bailing Wire) that I'll bring to
the meeting.  Members should get a copy in the mail.

 

BOARD OF DIRECTORS.  We'll talk about it at the meeting, but I'd like to
thank and congratulate Adam Lutz for running for the 2016 ABATE Board of
Directors.  I'm sure he will bring a new and enlightened freshness to the
board. Since they filled all but one seat with the nominees, a vote was not
required.  BUT, they have that one more seat to fill.  If anyone is
interested there are instructions in the latest Bailing Wire.  Please read
or pick up a copy of the Bailing Wire and follow the directions on how to
"apply".  They really would like to have the other seat filled.  

 

ABATE END OF SUMMER MOTORCYCLE AWARENESS PARTY.  Mark your calendars for
October 24.  Plans are in full swing.  Monica has done a terrific job
putting this together.  Most of the officers met this week to go over plans.
We definitely will need help at the party and before.  What can you do to
help?  Lots of options so please come to the meeting or contact us.  WHAT
YOU CAN DO NOW:  We need raffle prizes and any contribution would be
welcome.  Please contact Monica at mjn980 at yahoo.com

at the party.  This party is to benefit ABATE Local 6 so please so your
part.

Inn - 11 a.m.

*         ABATE Local 6 End of Summer Motorcycle Awareness Party - October
24 - Renegade, El Cajon - 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.  

 

 

As always the Final Option will a breakfast at Sweetwater Harley just before
our meeting this month.  Howie has invited everyone down to have breakfast
first and then ride up to Kate Sessions for our meeting.
