Nancy From: ABATE News [mailto:enews at abate.org] Sent: Wednesday, September 12, 2018 7:00 PM To: ABATE News Subject: 2018 VOTER GUIDE & OCTOBER 20TH BOD MEETING INVITE September 12, 2018 Hello ABATE member! I have attached the November 2018 ABATE Voter Guide that we have been working on for many months and your invitation to the October 20th 4th Quarter Board of Directors meetings. I have also attached the ABATE Q&A that we sent to ALL the candidates. Unfortunately, most candidates did not respond to us and as such, we did not endorse them. We went strictly by the Q&A for this guide. As always, ABATE encourages you to look at all issues and vote your conscience, our voter guide is strictly about motorcycle rights. ABATE?s biggest issue in the coming legislative session will be a motorcyclist anti-profiling bill. We all have our work cut out for us. If you can, we strongly encourage you to help any of our endorsed candidates with at least 2 ? 4 hours of your time. We really need to show the non-responders what they missed out on! The BOD, PAC, and Member meetings will still be on October 20th, but the location will no longer be in Fresno, it will be in Victorville. If you already made reservations in Fresno, be sure to cancel them now. Also, please bring some raffle prizes to help offset the cost of the meeting room. See attached invitation for lodging and other details. Hope to see you ALL there! Please do NOT respond directly to this email, it is NOT monitored for incoming messages. Please DO contact us at janet at abate.org or nick.benson at abate.org for questions or information. Thank you for being an ABATE member!
