<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" ><tr><td valign="top" style="font: inherit;"><STRONG><FONT size=4>For those of you who are on the ABATE state Discussion List,  one of the Board Members sent out an email that said that AB 1047 was entered to fight against "Motorcycle-Only"  checkpoints.    Just to let you know that the bill that was entered was only the very basic ? first step to a bill,  and that it doesn't even mention checkpoints.   I just don't want to spread any false info or pre-rumors,   nothing to get excited about at this point.    Shown below is a copy of the text of AB 1047.</FONT></STRONG><BR><BR>
