<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; BACKGROUND: white" class=MsoNormal><B><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">            <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Washington</st1:City>, <st1:State w:st="on">D.C.</st1:State></st1:place>: Motorcyclist fatalities declined </SPAN></B><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">by at least 2 percent last year, according to a report released on Apr. 19 by the <A href="http://capwiz.com/amacycle/utr/1/MFUYPTOLRU/MHIBPTORWI/6876479941" target=_blank><SPAN style="mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt">Governors Highway Safety Association</SPAN></A> (GHSA). Based upon preliminary data, GHSA projects that motorcycle fatalities declined from 4,465 in 2009 to 4,376 or less in 2010. The projection is based upon data from 50 states and the <st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place
 w:st="on">District of Columbia</st1:place></st1:State>. The decline comes on the heels of a dramatic 16 percent drop in 2009, which followed 11 straight years of steady increases in motorcycle deaths. </SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'"><o:p></o:p></SPAN></DIV>
