Although I may disagree with some of the tactics that were taken during the past session of the Nevada Legislature, not once did I testify against SB 177 and my letters to members of the Legislature were always in support of the bill. The current lawsuit, hopefully will address the arbitrary enforcement issues in NRS 486.231, and once settled, force the Legislature to remove it from the books. </SPAN></FONT></DIV>
