9th Annual "Commotion by the Ocean" 
San Diego County Fair Motorcycle Ride 
Date: Saturday, June 18, 2011 
Time: Check-in begins at 8:30 am and ends at 9:30 am. The ride will begin at approximately 9:30 am and will arrive at the Fairgrounds at about 10:00 am. 
Cost: All entries postmarked by June 1 are $13.00 per bike with a maximum of 2 people per bike. The ride fee is $20.00 per bike on the day of the ride. The San Diego County Fair is not responsible for lost entries. Entries will be limited to the first 300 motorcycles. 
**All active duty military will have their fee waived. Check the "Active Duty Military" box on the form below, mail in form and waiver. Must present a valid active duty military ID at check-in.

 Participation Ribbon 
 Entry in Contests 
 $100 award to the chapter who signs up 
the most riders 
 A Really Fun Day!
All bikes will be entered in our competition to win awards and ribbons. Categories are: Best Paint Job, Most Chrome, Best Custom Bike, Best Lady’s Bike and "People's Choice". Awards will be announced at a special presentation ceremony. 
Other Details: All riders and passengers will be required to sign the liability waiver. Mail this waiver with your entry form or bring it with you on the day of the ride. Check-in will be at Biggs Harley-Davidson Shop located at 1040 Los Vallecitos Blvd. #113, San Marcos, CA 92069. Instructions on riding to the Fairgrounds will be given at check-in. This is the only place you will be able to check in and receive your admission wristband. Riders must ride in designated groups from Biggs to the Fairgrounds to gain entry. 
Make check or money order for $13.00 (received or postmarked by June 1) payable to 22nd D.A.A.
